Thank you for shopping with RARA and RO. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy below before requesting a return or refund.

1. Returns & Exchanges

• You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, please email  hello@raraandro.com with your query.
• To be eligible, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • In their original packaging, with tags attached.
  • Free from stains, odours, or damage.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval or rejection.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Socks, hats, or other intimate wear.
• Customised or personalised products.

3. Refunds

• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If your order included free shipping, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.

4. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
• If the item requested is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@raraandro.com within 7 days of delivery.
• We will cover return shipping costs in such cases and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

7. Store Credit

• In some cases, instead of a refund, you may choose store credit, which can be used on future purchases.
